Shipping and Returns

Shipping

You orders will be sent via New Zealand Post standard delivery. All items sent within New Zealand are tracked. Items are usually shipped the day of your order is made or the next working day. Orders within New Zealand valued at $100 and over will be sent free of charge. Items sent to international destination are sent using New Zealand Post's standard international shipping rates and may be tracked depending on value or weight.

Returns

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Sale of Goods Act 1908, and Fair Trading Act 1986 (together, “New Zealand Consumer Law”) because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you. Nothing in our returns policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify the application of any NZ Consumer Law.

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days so we can assess the issue and work out a solution.  You may be requested to provide of photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.  You will not incur any expense to remedy this situation. 

If for any reason you are disappointed with your purchase one you receive it please contact us as soon as possible. This must be made within 30 days or your receipt of the order. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item ensuring it is sent safely and arrives in the same condition as when it left the store. Once we have received the item(s) we will issue with a store credit or a refund.  Sale items are not eligible for returns.
