  • You can exchange your purchase. You need to contact us within two weeks of receiving it. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the item or the purchase is different to what you expected it can be returned for a refund within two weeks of receipt. Please note that this only applies to online shopping and does not apply to purchases made directly from our store. This is in accordance with New Zealand consumer law. Return postage is your responsibility but will be refunded if the item is faulty.

  • We use DPS for all online credit card payments. We do not collect or store any credit card information. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by Payment Express to enter your payment details. Payment Express is New Zealand's largest and most preferred gateway provider.

  • Conversion rates are updated using the Google currency convertor. These rates are intended as an indication of conversion rate only. Items will be billed at the rate current at the time of transaction. All purchases are charged in NZ Dollars.

  • We want to make your shopping experience as safe, satisfying, convenient and pleasurable as possible. We take your privacy very seriously. The information which we receive from you is used to process orders and to provide you with a more personalised shopping experience. This means that your information will not be sold or otherwise divulged to third parties without your prior consent. You have certain rights to access information about yourself and if necessary to ask for it to be deleted or corrected.

  • You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment arrives in it’s country of destination. These vary from country to country and we recommend you check the website of the country you are having your order delivered to ascertain how they will be applied to your order and whether you may incur additional costs.
