Shipping within New Zealand is free for orders and purchases valued $100 or more and for all jewellery purchases. All other orders under $100 will incur a $5.00 shipping fee.
For international orders, choose the region corresponding with the shipping address. Our website automatically estimates a shipping price based on the weight of the items ordered. Handling and packaging by our very experienced staff is a complimentary service.
If you are considering purchasing several items, keep in mind that the actual freight costs may be less than the estimated shipping price due to combined shipping. We aim to provide an accurate shipping quote at time of purchase, however should your quote seem a little high please feel free to email us for an accurate postage quote before committing to your purchases. If at the time of posting we have overestimated the cost your card will be refunded the difference.

Exchange and Refund
You can exchange your purchase. You need to contact us within two weeks of receiving it. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the item or the purchase is different to what you expected it can be returned for a refund within two weeks of receipt. Please note that this only applies to online shopping and does not apply to purchases made directly from our store. This is in accordance with New Zealand consumer law. Return postage is your responsibility but will be refunded if the item is faulty.
Security
Our shopping cart is fully secure using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL is a commonly-used protocol for managing the security of a message transmission on the Internet. Your credit card details are split and encrypted, so they cannot be read even in the unlikely event of the purchase details being intercepted. Credit card details are not stored.
Currencies
Conversion rates are updated using the Google currency convertor. These rates are intended as an indication of conversion rate only. Items will be billed at the rate current at the time of transaction. Payment is not processed until your order is ready to be shipped. All purchases are charged in NZ Dollars.

Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment arrives in it’s country of destination. These vary from country to country and we recommend you check the website of the country you are having your order delivered to ascertain how they will be applied to your order and whether you may incur additional costs.
