Free Shipping on orders over $100

How to Buy

Our prices are quoted with and without GST (Goods & Service Tax). You do not need to pay tax GST if your delivery address is outside of NZ. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment arrives in it’s country of destination. These vary from country to country and we recommend you check the website of the country you are having your order delivered to ascertain how they will be applied to your order and whether you may incur additional costs. All purchases are charged in New Zealand Dollars and the international currencies we show are indicative only.

We understand that our customers will have different preferences for shopping so we offer two methods of making a purchase.

BY PHONE:

If you are in a hurry or you would like some friendly and personal service simply pick up the phone and call us on +64 9 4027755 as our store in Paihia in the beautiful Bay of Islands, New Zealand is open seven days a week. If you are an international customer don’t forget to check the time in NZ (displayed on our website). You will need to tell us the item description and designer or category so have that information at hand. We may be able to give you a shipping quote straight away, otherwise we can email it to you or you can ring back. Upon confirmation that you are happy with your order, we will take your credit card information over the phone and charge the confirmed amount. Alternatively for shoppers within New Zealand you can make an electronic payment into our account. Goods will be dispatched once payment is received.

ONLINE:

Simply make your selections and add them to your cart. On the shopping cart page, you can update quantities or remove items. When you are happy with your order, select the “checkout” option. When making a purchase on line you have the option of creating an account but you can still make purchases without doing so. If you choose to create an account you will be able to log back in to view your order information, save items to your wish list and receive email updates on any new items and promotions. When logged in to your account your address details will load automatically onto the checkout page but you may edit these if they have changed. You can create an account at any stage by selecting the “Account” tab on the top left corner of the screen or through the checkout page.

Shipping:

Shipping within New Zealand is free for orders and purchases valued $100 or more and for all jewellery purchases. All other orders under $100 will incur a $5.00 shipping fee.

For international orders, choose the region corresponding with the shipping address.  Our website automatically estimates a shipping price based on the weight of the items ordered.  We will email you if the actual shipping costs are going to be greater than what was estimated before charging your credit card.  Handling and packaging by our very experienced staff is a complimentary service.

If you are considering purchasing several items, keep in mind that the actual freight costs may be less than the estimated shipping price due to combined shipping.  Feel free to email us for an accurate postage quote before committing to your purchases.

Complimentary gift wrapping is our pleasure. Just let us know if the gift is for a male, female, boy or girl and it will be beautifully wrapped with an appropriate paper and ribbon.

WOULD YOU LIKE A GIFT CARD TO BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR PURCHASE?

We have a range of excellent cards and with your guidance we will select a suitable card written with words of your choice. Prices range from $2.50 to $9.00.

Not all the products available in our store are listed on our website so if you can’t find what you are looking for on the website don’t hesitate to contact us at any time with an enquiry. It is our pleasure to assist you in finding just the right thing and if we don’t have it we may be able to point you in the right direction.

CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAM

We have a customer loyalty program for those of you who are interested in enrolling. We keep a record of your purchases and when you reach $500 you will receive a $50 credit towards your next purchase. There is no expiry date on the credit and you may gift it to someone else if you choose. You will be the only person able to contribute to your running total and you must make a purchase at least once every 12 months.  Sale items and postage costs will not be added to your loyalty total.  All you need to do is write a note in the comments section when you order to say that you wish to join and then with subsequent purchases write a note in the comments section to say that you are a member.
